Iran and EU "Big 3" to meet for nuke talks - Reuters

Time is runnng out for a compromise between the EU and Iran. Europe is desperately seeking a compromise before the November 25 meeting of the IAEA. If a breakthrough does not come before this meeting, Iran will be referred to the UN Security Council. .
Diplomats from France, Britain and Germany will meet their Iranian counterparts today to discuss an EU offer of incentives in exchange for a termination of Iran's uranium enrichment programme. ...

"We still want a termination of the enrichment programme and all related activities," a Western diplomat close to the EU-Iran talks said in Vienna. "I don't expect a breakthrough (on Friday)." more
