Iranian President: Regional states do not trust US and its policies

President Mohammad Khatami here Thursday urged the need for solving the Middle East problems and stressed that the regional states do not trust in the US and its policies.

Speaking in a meeting with the Former European Commission President Romano Prodi, he added that given the European independent policy, its more active role in the Middle East problems, in particular the Palestinian issue, will help settle the regional crises. ...
