Rafsanjani: "Risky behavior will have an alarming calamity"

On Tuesday, October 4th, Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, met with the Ambassador of Finland to Iran and persistently spoke of the importance of the regime's nuclear activities. He said: "The Islamic Republic is committed to it's nuclear pursuits and will not surrender to any pressure or coercion." Rafsanjani claimed: "In the face of a great deal of nervousness inside Iran, where the nuclear issues are concerned, the regime has shown a great deal of sensitivity, however the adversaries have acted maliciously toward us, behaving inappropriately and this has complicated matters. Mindfulness and logic in international relations can resolve a lot of the world's problems today; we hope that in the case of the our nuclear dossier as well, our adversaries do not do anything risky because it will have calamitous result for them."
