Ahmadinejad: West Cannot Do a Damn Thing

IRNA: On Sunday, Ahmadinejad, in reaction to Saturday's decision of the International Atomic Energy Agency on reporting Iran to the United Nations Security Council, said "The enemies of the Islamic Republic (of Iran) are furious because the Iranian nation has dared to grow its self-confidence out of their domination sphere." He added that "The foes cannot do a damn thing. We do not need you (enemies) at all. It is you (enemies), who need the Iranian people." Ahmadinejad noted "They are going to inspect all our military sites in the name of the agency to become aware of our defensive might, but we will not allow them to do so." Addressing the UN watchdog IAEA, he said, "You can issue as many resolutions as you like and dream on. But you cannot prevent Iranian nation's progress." READ MORE

Analyst Comment: Emrouz - On February 3, 06- In regard to the Western actions against Iran’s nuclear activities, in providence of Busher, Ahmadinejad said that they (West) are old lions that only cry and could not do a damn thing. He added that today if the leader of Great Satan (Bush) enters any country, the people of that country will welcome him with slogan of “Death to America.”

IRIB today, Ahmadinejad in a letter to the head of Iran Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) ordered the rescinding of the voluntary suspension of the Additional Protocol to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and other related cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He also mandated the IAEO to begin earnest implementation of all search and development and preparatory work for use of nuclear fuel technology for peaceful purposes.

Farnews: It is obvious that the Iranian authorities are challenging the western world and will not back down form their nuclear activities. Today, Iran’s Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel said “The Europeans and the United States think that if they threat us, we will retreat from our nuclear position.”

Even, if Iran accepts Russia’s nuclear proposal to enrich uranium in Russia, the Iranian authorities will continue their nuclear research in hiding to build their nuclear bomb (If they do not have the bomb by now!). After all, we should not forget the statement made by the founder of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Khomeini: The United States is Great Satan, and all of our problems are created by the United States.
