Iranian Opposition Claim Oprah Plans to Interview Shirin Ebadi - Organize Protest

DoctorZin:
Banafsheh Zand-Bonazzi is reporting that the controversial Iranian Nobel laureate Shirin Ebadi is going to be on Oprah Winfrey. Two years ago, Banafsheh published a report on Ebadi in which she said:
She had been hailed internationally, initially, as an advocate of human rights in Iran. However, by supporting the clerics, Ms Ebadi's credibility inside Iran, and among the expatriate Iranian opposition, has essentially evaporated. ...

[she] gradually assumed a role which can be described as a sort of unofficial ambassador for the theocratic establishment, a presentable figurehead which the mullahs use to convince Western policymakers that dialogue and engagement, rather than sanctions and confrontation, should be preferred when dealing with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Banafsheh is asking people to email Ms. Winfrey's producers and let them know who this woman really is.
