Iran Press News: Translation by Banafsheh Zand-Bonazzi
On Wednesday, Nov. 2nd the regime’s agents turned out for the anniversary of the U.S. embassy occupation in Tehran, in front of the old burned the American flag. The annual protest was commemorated 2 days earlier than usual as this year the anniversary falls on Eid Fetr. The protestors carried signs that quoted the regime’s 26 year old dictum articulated by Ahmadinejad himself last week: “Israel must be wiped off the map”.

Ezzatollah Zarqaami, the head of the radio and television of the Islamic regime was the only speaker at the gathering. Zarqaami who himself was one of the 1979 hostage-takers said: We need to create media headquarters and broadcasting facilities, so that when our illustrious president commands that Israel be wiped off the planet, the riotous outcry of the world oppressors’ media can be drowned out.”
