Shariatmadari: Zionists should not feel safe anywhere in the world

Mehran Riazaty: Iran Analyst
On July 1, 06, Mehr news agency reported that the editor of a hard-line Iranian daily Keyhan newspaper, Hossein Shariatmadari, who was appointed by Ayatollah Khamenei, said that the Palestinian should not only respond to Israel’s criminal act in Gaza, but all over the world. Shariatmadari added that why Zionists should have security, when Muslim people have no security.

On November 28, 2002, Iran Mania reported just hours after twin attacks on Israeli targets in Kenya, that Shariatmadari also said that a new front should be opened against Israel so that "Zionists" no longer feel safe anywhere in the world. He noted, "They should all be killed and expelled from the areas where they have expelled you." READ MORE

Analyst Comment: It seems that Shariatmadari is telling the Palestinians to follow Iran’s footsteps. On April 26, 06, Ayatollah Khamenei said that if the U.S. ventured into any aggression against Iran, Iran will retaliate by damaging the U.S. interests worldwide with twice as much powerful as they do. Shariatmadari is also officer in the ideological and Political Bureau of the Islamic Revolution guards corps, and interrogator in the Evin prison.
