400 production units of household good and electrical factories inside Iran face financial crisis

Iran Press News: Translation by Banafsheh Zand-Bonazzi.
Mohammad Fallah, deputy director of the Union of household good and electrical factory workers in Iran, indicated that 400 production units of such factories are facing deep financial crisis.

The regime-run news agency, ILNA's workers group reported Fallah's comments: "If the government does not protect and support these production units, these factories too will go the way of the textile industry. Shahab, Pars Electric, Belair, Mazdak, General, Azmayesh and Khorram fireproof safe company are among those that are facing serious financial problems therefore the workers have ended up, in turn paying the steep price of such setbacks and go unpaid." Criticizing the imports of such goods into Iran, Fallah continued: "Importing these goods is nothing more than a huge blow to Iranian workers. If our own domestically made products are purchased by the consumer, we will be witness to a brisk upsurge in our domestic industries."
