Mubarak was the target of an Iranian plot

An Egyptian court revealed today that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was the target of an Iranian plot. The revelation came as Mohammed Eid Dabous, an Egyptian national, was sentenced Sunday to life imprisonment for conspiring to assassinate President Mubarak, and for passing information to Iran to plan attacks on Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
