Groups of Women To Protest Against Gender Apartheid Policy

A coalition of Iranian groups and individuals has announced a gathering in order to protest against the persistent violation of women rights and the official systematic Gender Apartheid Policy in Iran. ...

The protest gathering will be held in the capital city in front of Tehran University on Sunday June 12 from 5-6pm. Many women are hoping that the callers for such gathering will voice up the true aspirations of Iranian women without contending themselves to minor modifications in the theocratic constitution.
