Aladin Boroujerdi, the Director of Islamic Parliamentary's commission on security and foreign affairs, in a speech in Qom said: "In the face of the regime's nuclear dossier's referral to the Security Council, it is impossible to expect that China and Russia to veto and opt out of a their relations with the west; China and Russia are thinking of what's best for them."

Boroujerdi also said that India's "yes" vote to the E.U. latest resolution against the Islamic regime was an unexpected event and that: "There was a lot of pressure on India by westerners and they have a lot of joint ventures and connections with the U.S. and Israel." Boroujerdi then went on to verbally attack European countries, singling out Britain: "The whole issue of the regime's nuclear activities is being manipulated by THE most corrupt element of all, the old British Foxes. The British acted worse than the French and Germans where the resolution was concerned and at the moment the regime's high council on security is rethinking our dealings with them."
