A political prisoner's life is in danger

Mostafa Jokaar, imprisoned journalist, is in grave danger after sustaining a heart attack in prison. Three of his hearts' main arteries are blocked and doctors have diagnosed him with having heart disease, requiring immediate surgery; however the prison authorities refuse to allow him to be transported to a hospital so that he can in fact die so that they can claim (as they have in many other cases) that his imminent death was brought on by a sudden heart attack while in prison.
