Several of the detained bus drivers union members released on bail

According to reports, on Wednesday, Feb. 15th, several of the detained bus driver’s union members were released on bail until a new court date is set for their trails. The released prisoners are: Mohammad Nemani-pour, Hasan Karimi, Saeed Torabian, Nasser Qolami, Hasan Mohammadi, Ata Babakhani, Hossein Shahsavori, Davood Razavi, Mahmood Hojabri. On Monday their colleague Ali Tarazi was released. Though the bureau of prisons has refused to release these detainees unconditionally, they agreed to allow them to return home, after 7 weeks of detention; before being released on bail however, each person was warned against giving any interviews to either Iranian or international press or else their bail will be rescinded and they will be summarily returned to prison.

The names of the union members who are still in detention and will not be freed on bail is: Mansour Osanlou, Mansour Hayat-Qaybi, Ibrahim Madadi, Yousef Moradi, Yaqoub Salimi, Ali-Zat Hossein, Yousef Moradi, Mohammad Noroozi-Kouhari, etc.
