Electric company workers of the city of Rasht will take their protest to Tehran

According to the regime-run news agency ILNA, Yaghoubi, the workers representative of the province of Gilan announced: “30 big factories in this province are in very critical condition and 7000 workers are unemployed and in limbo. The status of outfits such as the Rasht Electric and Gilan’s garment industries has reached a crisis point and so far, widespread protests to the management of these factories, so has not had a constructive outcome. If management does not respond to the demands of the protesting workers of the electric company, these workers have planned to take their protest to Tehran.”
