Just 90 miles off the shores of the United States, Cuba is hosting a summit with leaders of 116 developing nations that are not all friendly, actually Foes of our nation or "axis of evil" countries. The presidents of Iran, Syria, representatives of N.Korea, etc. are expected to attend this week. Don't forget Castro's best friend Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez.
