Iran watches situation in Kyrgyzstan

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi said Saturday Iran is closely watching ongoing developments in Kyrgyzstan. He said that they hope the Republic of Kyrgyzstan will regain its social stability and do so without foreign intervention. Former Kyrgyz President Askar Akayev was toppled following popular unrest in the republic.

The people of Iran are also watching the events in Kygyzstan, Lebanon, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
