Document shows Iran's business ties to Bin Laden

I asked best selling investigative journalist, Ken Timmerman for permission to publish here a few of the many interesting documents from his book. There are over 40 pages of such documents featured in the back of his book.
Funding Bin Laden:
Ken Timmerman said, Iran had business ties with Osama Bin Laden going back to the early 1990's. This document, presented by the Iranian People's Fedaii Guerrillas to the United Nations Security Council in 1996, it is a wire credit advice on an Iraqi oil shipment to Iran and details the purchase of oil products smuggled through Iran by Iranian Revolutionary Guards in violation of the UN Sanctions. They took delivery of the oil in small coastal tankers to avoid interception by the US-led naval blockade, then turned it around and resold it. The final purchaser was the Al Shamal Islamic Bank in Sudan, Bin Laden'’s own bank.

(The document appears on page 352 of Ken's book: Countdown to Crisis:The Coming Nuclear Showdown with Iran). This book is a must read. Click on the image to enlarge.
