Iranian Assosiation of University of Toronto gathering focusing on political prisoners in Iran
On the 6th anniversary of 18 Tir, the Iranian Association at University of Toronto (IAUT) will hold a memorial event, next Tuesday at HartHouse, UofT campus.
Invited speakers will deliver short speeches at the memorial. Main focus of the event will be on human rights issues. Special attention will be paid to the cases of Akabar Ganji, Dr. Naser Zar-Afshan and late Zahra Kazemi.
Our presence at the memorial will show our firm support for human rights in Iran.
