Regime's dossier referral to Security Council will prohibit IRI authorities from traveling outside Iran

Based on reports from the regime-run website, AFTAB, one of the main outcomes of the referral of the regime's dossier to the U.N. Security Council will be that the regime's authorities will not be permitted to travel anywhere outside Iran. This website wrote: "Based on this, it seems that the regime's dossier will in fact be referred to the Security Council in order to place sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran, therefore we must remain abreast of further developments on this front. This will of course means that there will be limitations on the regime's diplomatic maneuvering power and prohibits their authorities from traveling abroad."
