Dr. Roya Tolouii to be released from prison

Feminist Tribune of Iran: Dr. Roya Tolouii's file was transferred out of the correctional branch to a revolutionary section of the revolutionary court in the town of Sanandadj (Province of Kurdistan). On Tuesday, October 4th the head of the courts who had perused her case, released Tolouii from detention and released her on a $10,000 bail in the form of property lean.

Dr. Roya Tolouii's husband told a reporter that the grounds for Tolouii's release have been set and the deed that is meant to be used as a guarantee has been handed over to a adviser in order to set the price release order to be issued.

It is expected for Tolouii to be released by Wednesday, October 5th.
