Ahmadinejad: Invisible power (Imam Mahdi) assisting my government

Today, the Iranian Labor News Agency (ILNA) reported that a member of Iran’s Parliament, Ezatollah Josefijan, said last night in a meeting Ahmadinejad said we are acquainted with a situation which is directed by invisible power. Ahmadinejad added that this situation will go on for another seven or eight years.

On December 06, ILNA also reported that Ahmadinejad said his government proudly screaming for return of Imam Mahdi. Ahmadinejad added my government believes that only the sovereignty of Imam Mahdi could safe humanity.

On January 5, 06- Mehr News Agency reported that Ahmadinejad said, referring to the Shiite Muslim belief that the Mahdi, on his return, will establish justice in a world consumed by chaos and corruption. “If we work on the basis of the Expectation of the Return [of the Mahdi], all the affairs of our nation will be streamlined and the administration of the country will become easier, Ahmadinejad said.

In mid-November, during a speech to Friday prayers leaders from across Iran, Ahmadinejad said that the main mission of the revolution is to pave the way for the reappearance of the 12th Imam. On November 29, 05- Baztab News Agency reported that in retune from the United Nations in a meeting with Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, Ahmadinejad said that when he was delivering his speech at the UN General Assembly in September, he felt there was a light around him and that the attention of the world leaders in the audience was unblinkingly focused upon him.

Iranian legislator Akbar Alami has questioned Ahmadinejad's apparent claims, saying that even Islam's holiest figures have never made such claims. Alami told ILNA news agency that it is hard to imagine that someone who is delivering a speech can at the same time focus his attention on the eyelashes of all the people sitting at a distance from him and categorically tell a leading Qom cleric that they did not blink.

On January 7, 06 in Emrouz News Site, former Iran’s speaker of Parliament, Mehdi Kahrubi, said some of the people who are closely working with Ahmadinejad have said that the Imam Mahdi will probably returning in next two years, therefore, we have to start building a hotels in Iran.
