Oil dollars for Hamas and Islamic Jihad, poverty and destitution for the people of Iran

The bureau of management and planning of the Islamic Republic of Iran while presenting the latest statistics on poverty in Iran announced that the poverty line for a family of 5 in Iran is 275,000 Tomans (equivalent to approximately $305) per month. All this while the Islamic regime has earned more than $50 billion from the sale of oil alone, during the last year. READ MORE

One of the latest findings of said organization, a determination that has been covered up is the clear poverty index for the year 1384 which indicates that those earning between 210,000 and 275,000 Tomans a month fall under the poverty line. In previous years, the poverty line had been reported to be under 190,000 Tomans a month.

The maximum declared salary at present is approximately 40% less than the standard poverty line.
