Drinking water shortage crisis in Iran

Kayhan newspaper, another one of the regime's media outlets wrote today that the residents of the bigger cities in Iran will now only have permission to use running tap water a few hours a week; beyond that, the water supply will be cut off until the following week's announced hours of usage. The regime's newspaper, without offering any proper explanation quoted a citizen of Bandar Lengeh (is a port city in the Hormozgan province on the coast of the Persian Gulf) who had spoken of the lack of drinking and bathing water for the people in that region. The expected time slot for running water is slated at 6 hours per week and people are being permitted to store the water. Drinking water must be purchased. The lack of water is forcing many to migrate. This comes at a time when the water pollution in villages and farmlands is increasing and such areas which are under the direct rule of Mullahs is becoming infested with deadly diseases such as various fatal digestive diseases, Cholera which has already spread rampantly over the last 2 months in Iran and claimed upwards of 1500 lives and finally the Bird Flu which has also seen an outbreak in Russia and Kazakhstan.
