Suicide-bombing volunteers to register on Eid Fetr

According to the regime-run site AFTAB, Mohammad-Ali Samadi, the spokesman for the Defense Squadron of the Global Movement of Martyrdom announced that the registration of a new group of volunteers for suicide missions would take place on Eid Fetr (the feast of salvation that is on the last day of Ramadan). Samadi said: “The registration will take place on the periphery of the Eid Fetr prayers in one of the Tehran mosques. The prayers will of course be lead by Imam Khamnei himself.”

The volunteers were originally meant to register on Sunday, Oct. 30th during the gathering of the “Men of the Sun” but it was postponed to Eid Fetr. The regime claims that 40,000 people have so far registered; 3 units of the volunteers have announced readiness for operations.
