The Young Islamic Cultivators Party's advice to Islamic regime's Ministry of Defense

Iran Press News: Translation by Banafsheh Zand-Bonazzi.
The regime-run site, AFTAB reports that a recently organized front entitled The Young Islamic Cultivators Party has advised the Islamic regime's ministry of defense to conduct military maneuvers in the very same manner as that of the U.S. The members of the front believe that since the United States and it's allies together conduct annual military maneuvers close to the shores or borders of countries with strained relations with the U.S., that the Islamic regime should do the same. As an example they cite: the U.S. and South Korea maneuvers near the North Korean Borders, U.S. and Turkey near the Syrian border, the U.S. and Arab Peninsula countries near the Iranian waters and so on; this therefore conveys the message of the U.S. and it’s allies continual preparedness for possible attacks.

Consequently the ragtag vigilante group has conceptualized a similar tactic for the Islamic military maneuvers to take place with "the Islamic regime's attendant allies" such as Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, etc. They say that such maneuvers near the U.S. waters may be hugely expensive but the outcome may be worth it.
