The German Newspaper, Die Welt in an article entitled E.U. RESOLUTION PUT TEHRAN'S REGIME UNDER PRESSURE wrote: "In the most recent session of the IAEA's board of governors in Vienna, Tehran's regime was palpably defeated."

This article added China and Russia and India's abstention was the consolidating and fateful factor. Die Welt continued: “the decision about the Islamic regime's nuclear program that was arrived at on Saturday depicts the fact that the Islamic regime has disregarded the substance of the NPT and rules of deployment of nuclear weapons.”
