Draft for the resolution on regime’s violation of Human Rights being assembled

Thirty eight U.N. member nations, lead by Canada assemble information for the draft of a resolution demanding the condemnation of the Islamic regime for continued and barbarous violation of human rights in Iran. The resolution’s draft is supported by U.S. and Britain as well and will be presented to the General Assembly. The supporting nations demand the immediate cessation of torture and brutality against political prisoners as well as discrimination against women and minorities religious or otherwise. READ MORE

Ambassador Allan Rock, Canada’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations condemned Iran for the violation of the most basic of human rights and the freedom of the Iranian people.

The investigation of said resolution began on Tuesday, Nov. 8th and will be brought for a vote to the General Assembly later this month.
