Tehran University students gather for anti-regime protest

Iran Press News: Translation by Banafsheh Zand-Bonazzi.
A group of Tehran university students gathered in front of the University's schools of literature and Social Sciences in order to protest the recent manipulations of the regime in installing an illiterate Mullah as president of the university and the imminent termination of many professors in universities across Iran. ILNA, one of the many regime-run news agencies reported that the students chanted: "Political prisoners must be released" and sang the song: NO, NO, NO which is the new anthem against the Islamic regime.

Kurdish students of Tehran University while chanting anti-regime slogans had placards in hand that had Kurdish anti-regime slogans on them.

The students were able to march from their various schools to the main gate of Tehran University; they were however met with security forces that physically confronted them and forced them to disband. The protest lasted no longer than an hour because once again the diabolical guards of the executioner mullahs silenced the voices of the students.
